- How do I start playing? — Open the app, sign in or play as guest, create your character, and choose a region to begin your cultivation journey.
- Can I change my region? — Regions are permanent once chosen. Choose wisely!
- How do I restore my purchases? — Coin purchases are linked to your account. Sign in with the same account to restore your balance.
- I lost my progress. — If you linked your account (email or Apple ID), sign in with those credentials to recover your data.
- How do I delete my account? — Contact us via email below and we will process your request within 48 hours.
In-App Purchases
Samsara offers optional coin packs ($0.99 – $99.99 USD). All purchases are consumable and processed through the App Store. Coins are credited to your account immediately after purchase verification.
